Mission

The Himalayan Tiger Foundation is initiating, facilitating, and, if required, co-financing applied research in Nepal. Our primary goal is to foster the sustainable growth of tiger populations by restoring their habitats.

We support talented and passionate Nepalese conservation officers and scientists pursuing Ph.D. studies in tiger conservation at a prestigious European university. The ongoing research program is focused in Bardiya National Park, serving as a model for the broader Terai Arc landscape.

Help us with our mission to safeguard these majestic creatures and their ecosystems for future generations.
